I am an Ashley resident and I have reviewed this website and I think this is about the most bogus bunch of crock that I have every read. Ashley Apartments are not as bad as some claim it to be. I have found the office staff to be the best that I have ever dealt with and the maintenance is on point. The parking is just a little tight however, that just about everywhere you go.

I went into the rental office just a few days ago to pick up a package only to find an irate resident complaining because they could not get a guest parking pass for their guest. Well, thank God!!!!! I am getting sick and tired of coming home to no parking space just because everyone wants to entertain all weekend long. I pay a lot of money for rent here, and I fill that we; the paying resident need a place to park our cars. Damn your guest!

Ashley Apartments are about one of the most well kept communities that I have ever lived at. I have lived on some of the worst and some of the best. I don t care where you go, it is not going to be perfect. Stop being babies and thank God that you have a nice roof over your freaken head! Stop crying and complaining because you can not have your way.

If it were as easy as the last two reviews make it seem to get a house, many residents would have them. Most have moved into Ashley thinking it would be their last stop before purchasing a house. However, while trying to make Ashley a decent home have been harassed and belittled by leasing office staff during any attempt make reasonable repairs to their apartment. Quite a few to the point, they leave in desperation. I don???t believe living a clean and functional place to living, while being respected by the staff that works there is too much. But I guess some people along with the staff and management of Ashley do.

you sound like somebody from the office to me.... all of these reviews popping up use the exact same words, its ------- ridiculous! You guys have time to hop on this website but not fix anything that is broken in my apartment..!?!

I have to agree with the Anonymous comment above me!! We have roach issues and have had them for several months. The staff doesn't care and never listen to anything we have to say.
