There's a hispanic family recently moved into 233 Building. A stereotype, latino woman, single, 4 children and loud. The hispanic boy runs up and down the steps-yes he did this just now for 10 minutes banging on various tenants doors. Apparently the laundry room is a new hang out spot for them. They have a peculiar desire to bang things. You can't tell if they're hammering a wall, the floor a nail or stomping their feet. Her children hang out in the hallways, doing laundry at 11:00pm to midnight, causing safety issues, blocking mailboxes, scaring tenants, yelling throughout the building. Noisy, loud latinos who obviously don't know how to be a DECENT neighbor. Disgusting. With the mold, mildew, new bugs Ive seen enter my apartment since they moved here(I'm always using bleach and Comet in my apartment), I find it simply appalling.
