Yes, I have to admit that things have gotten better with Ashley, but for how long' Will this be on a regular basis' It seems like the only way to get things fixed around Ashley is if tenants start getting frustrated. If you are not on managment's a@@ to fix things, then it will be put aside to fix later or forgotten all together.

For you new tenants who are into excercising, the gym is small, and closes at 6pm, so unless you have a great work schedule and get off work early, you may want to get a membership to Golds Gym or SportsFit down the street.

I am glad that there are positive opinions about Ashley, but does the opinion of management Count jmr' :)
