Getting better, but not worth the money

The report from earlier last year was accurate. The change in management has affected our quality of life. Now, they have parties with complimentary beer. For young people, I'm sure that sounds great, but it's an indication that the quality of management has declined. I'm in my early thirties, and I'd rather live in a quiet apartment community than come home to loud parties in the common room. Other experience here have included two false fire alarms at 4 a.m. in the past year. Last year, there were four attempted thefts on Saturn vehicles in one night, mine being one of them. Now, we have police officers patrolling the parking lots at night, which offers more security, but is also indicative of the situation created by sharing a parking lot with another apartment complex whose rents are significantly lower than ours. It only means that you're paying a lot in rent, and your quality of life is only better in appearance. The worst thing is that the air-handling unit leaks cold air in the bedroom because it sits in a closet on the porch, but has an open vent to the outside. It's the craziest, most inefficient heating/air conditioning system I've ever had.
On the other hand, they have recently updated most of the equipment in the weight room and restored the dry cleaning service. I've lived here for three years, and I must admit I've had it with renting, especially in the D.C. area. I'm shopping for a house now.
