According to the Laurel Police Officers, this is the most recommended place to live in Laurel. It is the best kept up and has an excellent safety reputation. Any apartment building is not going to be able to please everyone all of the time, but this place tries to. From the variety of activities to the ammenities to the security features, the management tries its best to accommodate reasonable requests. The rent is a bit high for the size of the apartments, but you get a nice sense of community and respectable atmosphere for a DC & Baltimore suburb. I intend to stay here as long as I can afford to do so.
