Safest place in Laurel From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I moved in here almost a year ago and I love it. They have 24 hour security in the parking lot and when it's late and you come home, the gaurd will drive you to the door or follow you until your safe inside. I read some of the comments from other people regarding the Avondale and the last one is crazy. The manager is very nice and is only doing her job. She is a fair and understanding manager and hasn't changed a bit since I met her the first time. Everyone who works here has always been pleasent. As far as the parties go, I haven't gone to all of them but the one's that I have been to were fun. How can management tell someone how to dress. It's not there fault. The building is clean and there is always someone there to help you with your issues. I love it here and I would tell anyone who is moving to this area that you won't find a safer and more beautiful building to live in.
