I've lived in the Avondale for almost a year now and I don't have any complaints about the place. They handle my repairs quickly and our leasing agent, Ida, is great.
The place is well kept and the parking lot security is on top of things. The new parking lot gates are nice improvements.
The rent is pricey like most places in the DC metro area. However, being so close to the Laurel Mall and the ghetto residential area of the City of Laurel is a negative.
