As a single 30 something female, I find this to be a great, safe place to live. Where else can I find a gated community w/ 24hr security, coffee & donuts on the way out in the morning, gym (w/ an elliptical machine, treadmills, bikes, weight machines), concierge on duty til 10 pm nightly and a pool. Great neighbors and fun activities all the time.

What a laugh...There is not a concierge (this isn't a hotel) the title is "Night Desk Clerk" they sit behind a desk. The apartment is okay.
