OKAY..but spend your money somewhere else

The only issue about the Avondale is the way in which the 6th floor residents were treated recently with the flood. The attitude/comment of the manger was "hope you have rental insurance"' and that comment was not needed. It is devasting to not know if your household goods are ruined, and not knowing where your can stay. Calls and information re: repairs were rude.
The building is quiet, and residents are friendly, but management is in need of serious training or should be fired.
The previous comment, about donuts, juice, is true, but many days, the donuts/juice are a no show. So whoever sent that not in, must go get a donut 1 a month.
The gym is a late night hangout for kids. There is enough parking.
