Mice Haven From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   A very nice gated community, but mice are a problem. I've seen mice in the hallways, and what I've heard the mice are rampant in this hi-rise. From what I've heard this rodent problem has been ongoing, and I think Avondale Management should try to get an experienced exterminator to rid this place of this tiny rodents. It is unpleasant and scary to actually see mice in the hallways. If someone in Management cares, please do something quick. I don't want to deal with them. Also it would be great if correspondence sent out made sense. The notes/letters are either full of typo's and misplaced words from Management, and late fee letter's should be thoroughly checked. A resident that pays on time, should not receive a insensitive/cold/nasty/ threatening eviction letter from Management. Please check your records first, before sliding incorrect letters under tenants doors. Very nice guards on duty, always polite. Jose and his staff always friendly and always working hard. Grounds are very colorful and well maintained.
