Avondale Apartments

One of the best places to live in PG County From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I lived in the Avondale for a year and it was great. The staff were nice, friendly and professional. If I had a problem and had to call maintenance they were there the same day and at the very latest the problem was fixed the next day. Beacuse they only offer 1 and 2 bedrooms apartment homes, you almost never have noise from loud roudy children. However you do have to deal with the occasional party or two in the club house. They also do a great job on the grounds, its always clean. After a long day at work it feels good to come home to the Avondale. It is a bit expensive but I would rather pay a little more money to feel safe and comfortable when I come home.
