I lived in the Avondale for over a year now, I have to say that I really enjoy living here. One of the reason that drove me to move here was the fact it is a gated community and the fact that they have a security booth in the front of the complex. The staff are always very courteous and friendly, whenever I have to put a work order in for my apartment the maintience guys are there the same day or the following day, which I can't say that happens at every other complex that I have lived in. The apartment I live in all the appliances have been updated which are black which are really nice and the fact that I have these glass shelving in my living room adds a touch of elegant to my apartment as well. Since I started living here they have added new changes to the community that has only made the complex better such as hosting activities for the residents in the clubroom like movie night. All in all I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
