Why is everyone always anonymous

I read these apartment reviews for several properties in the greater Laurel area. I have also lived at Bowling Brook.
I can truthfully say I did not see or encounter the problems in this review. Management can only go so far in screening potential applicants. In addition, it is against Howard County law to refuse to rent to a person as a function of their source of income. If a Section 8 agency wants to contribute sufficent funds to aid one in renting at Bowling Brook, the management cannot turn them away.
Energy costs- why is it always the amnagements fault when a tenant gets a high energy bill. What conservation measures is the tenant taking. Have any of these tenants checked how energy rates have skyrocketed.
Finally if you remain anonymous and do not bring these matters to managements attention and request the service dictated by your lease, both you and management are losing. Yo fail to get the service- management fails to address the proble. Get a back bone and identify yourself.

I dont think that not posting your name on the internet means that you dont have a backbone at all. If you are bringing your problems to management then you are identifying yourself. You are obviously a property management employee. This site is for opinions for which everyone is entitled to. I hate it when property managers or employees come one here and try to downplay what people are saying. Everyone has different experiences and are entitled to feel the way they feel. Who wants to display their name and information on the internet??? And I'm sorry where is your name????

The fact remains. Bowling Brook Apartments has the following...Poor management. Since the day I moved in, I have had to call about leaks, mold, noisey neighbors & theft many times before anything was ever done about it. as of the first of the year, when my lease is up, I'll be glad to kiss Bolwing Brook apartments good-bye. It's a shame that the Ghetto is so close to Savage Mill.

It is managements fault when tenants receive high energy bills because the heat doesn't work and everything, i mean everything in the apartments are raggedy so yes, when you have an old non working furnance then THAT will cause your energy bills to be high. My so called heat blows out cold air now tell me who's fault is that?????????

To all the anonymous people out there- have you noticed that the ability to remain anonymous on internet sites is being challenged. It is now before the Appelate court of Maryland. No one wants to deny your your first amendment rights to free speech but you must be held responsible for what you proclaim. To just make accusations that cannot be verified or challenged is not proper either. If there is a problem let the two parties work it out in the light of day (in court if necessary since both parties have rights)- not with potentially libelous and sladerous messages that cannot be verified or challenged.

Dennis the energy cost is your fault, if the heating units were the correct size they would heat the apartment more efficiently. Omg I saw one unit outsite that made noise like a airplane for over a month with ice coated on it and no one did anything to it. I know a resident that sat without heat for a month because your management refused to say there was a problem. You and your staff is the problem. Even if you could prevent section 8 from coming in this place would still be a shyte hole, because your uncaring staff allows it to be that way.
