I used to live at BB apartments. I have good experiences but so many more bad experiences. First off is there have been so many staff changes and noone communicates to one another about my apartment needs. They have one assistant manager (Lea) who is so rude and is dumb as a rock ( I think she is new). Not that the last assistant manager was any better but at least she was not rude! Now there is another manager who does nothing for this property. When I needed my refrdgerator fixed it took all 3 maintenance men to come out 3 times and fix nothing. The problem was never resolved for the two years I resided here. My washer and dryer sucked ( too small ) The fridge was tiny, and pest control never came to take care on my ant problem. I requested that more than 7 times in 1 summer. Before I moved, I spoke with the new assitant and she knew nothing about nothing and always has a blank stare. I move over 4 months ago and I am still waiting for my deposit! I will update you the status on that! DO NOT MOVE HERE unless they get a better staff!
