Looks good on the outside, horrible on the inside. It's a shabby piece of contruction with the thinnest walls. You can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors' apartments. At first, the idea of separate outdoor entrances seems more private, but the horrible contruction negates that. The walls are VERY thin. I used to hear my neigbhors have sex, pee, fart, burp, argue, you name it. I was sickened by it all. But the worst part of Bowling Brook is that it's in the state of Maryland. Maryland is a joke of a state, with horrible, Draconian politics. We're not residents, but wards of the state. Someone needs to tell the politicians of Maryland we won the Revolution. They still think we are subjects. One reviewer was right--all the left wing politics in this state has created a crime-ridden cess pool. Bowling Brook is in an amazingly beautiful part of central Maryland, too. But leave it to politicians to destroy it all with ghetto housing all over the place. Stay away! Move to Virginia or Pennsylvania!!! I'm in Reston right now and LOVING it!
