Well, I read some of the previous postings, and figured I'd throw my 2 cents in, since I'm not there (left 2 months ago, still mad as h@ll.) Maintenance is poor; management is worse. My neighbors weren't bad, but I did notice that the riff-raff was beginning to move in as I was moving out. I had one of the nicer places - the heat pump did a poor job of heating and a horrendously bad job of cooling the place - repeated notes to maintenance resulted in BS answers on their part.
