I can go on for days about the incompitance of the management at Bowling Brook Apartmants in Laurel, MD. Not only do they "Not Recieve" rent checks, they make it near impossible to pay them when you need to do it quickly. I hope you like useing money orders, because you'll be doing it a lot. Paying my rent has been the most inconvienent thing I've ever had to pay. They don't make it easy. Then they lose my checks and they tell me they "dropped the ball" when they didn't take me to court. I have to get money orders to pay the late rent that I already payed for by check. I have never had to cancel so many checks in my life till I moved here. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! I will be moving at my earlist convienence!

question is do they allow you to ask for a confirmation slip/signature upon recieving the rent check/payment? Would be smart to cover yourself with documentation each month to avoid any and all confusion. Just a thought.
