I live there now, been there for 2 years and my lease is up in 6 months. And to be honest I can't wait to get out. My apt is real nice, the grounds is kept neat (for the most part), close to stores & highways, but the management/leasing office is pathetic. I live in a "pet free" building and my idiot neighbor (who played music excessively loud and let every kid in a 200 yard radius play football directly outside my window till till I complained 4-5 times), this dimwit decided to get a dog. Not a small poodle, but a big giant alaskan husky (well over the 35 lb pet allowed weight). The dog barked & barked all day, so I (and others) complained over and over, the dog is still there. He seldom barks now cuz the lady keeps him locked inside all day (can we say pet cruelty), but he fact that the mgt office refuses to kick her out annoys me. She violated her lease, but she still stays - I think in part because she works for the cleaning contractor as a maid or whatever. So she thinks she's the teflon don-ette. This is without question the worst neighbor I've ever had... so be warned, if possible live on the top floor, pick mature sensible neighbors (hard to do), and make sure you don't live around dogs if you want peace & quiet.

Just because you had a terrible neighbor, doesn't mean you should write a bad review on the apartments.. You have to remember, they probably get a million compaints all the time. They can't tend to every grouchy neighbor.

Good review. It isn't about the neighbor its about the no pet policy. I too live in a pet free building and they are trying to change that...what was the point of my moving in that building in the first place?!?! Insane
