The apartments are very nice, noiseless. Maintenance is okay could be a better. However, Barbara the Property Manager is a joke in itself. She is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. I guess she got her job because she knew somebody, because she did not get if on her brains. She is PWTTPR (Poor White Trash Trailer Park Recipient); she has no clue and the people in Cockeysville are no better. They lose your rent payment and say you did not pay, so in turn you have to pay more for late charges. You go over to the rental office in the evening and they have no clue about anything. I was told when I moved in that the fitness center is available 24 hrs. not true. It is open when the office is open until 9:00 p.m. if I am not mistaken. Pitful rental office. If I had to do it all again, I would have never moved in.
