I have lived at Bowling Brook Apartments for a year and a half now. I live with a roommate in the two bedroom "roommate style" which is perfect for us. After visting many properties in the Laurel area and living at two others, I think Bowling Brook is the best for my price range. I have read over the reviews and I can not believe some of the things that people have posted on here. There is no welfare anywhere on the property (there's minimum income per person, roommates not combine)and no criminals (they run a background check on anyone over 18). I feel very safe here. I've never heard my neighbors although I do live on the top floor, never had a problem with parking or with the office staff. Maintenance may not come out same day when I call if it's not an emergency but they are there the next day, which doesn't bother me any. I think they may be alittle understaffed for such a large complex but overall I enjoy Bowling Brook very much.
