Lived here on 1st floor for 5 yrs. Had good neighbor on 2nd for all that time until now. Very quiet. But now they moved in a very loud family with children who run, jump and just make incredible noise 24-7. Floors are paper then. I once had a 3rd floor tenant bounce his basketball in the living room and knocked a picture off my wall! Parking is ok, but not great. Not well enough lit in some areas at night. Maintenence is poor. Rental office is not helpful in most situations. Can't wait to get the hell out.
