This review sounds like a fraud... there are no full washer/dryers in the split master...only small OLD stackable that will dry clothing in 3 hours or more... if this IS legit... you must have lived somewhere pretty awful before coming to bowling brook...
P.S. Thanks for the comic moment: "Maintenance problems get fixed in a pretty timely fashion." ROFLMAO

well split masters now have full size. and they work really well, so i guess you left too soon.

Maybe your problems get fixed because you work for the apartment complex? My unit didn't have a full-size washer/dryer either and neither did any of my neighbors. I had a two bedroom unit with the sunroom. As far as the kitchens being huge....ROFL...that just isn't so. They are small and the diswashers don't work well at all...you have to wash your dishes three times to get them done.
When my toilet broke, maintenance left the new toilet sitting there cause they didn't know how to install it......I waited 10 days for a plummer to come in and install my toilet. Unacceptable!

Dear Anonymous- you are the misinformed person. Full size washers and dryers have been offered and are being installed in units for over a year now. Check the model.
Please refrain from the total misinformation or at least identify yourself so we can evaluate your lack of credibility.

u know everyone is entitled to their opinion...and i respect the positive and negative feedback... as i went to see this place this week, due to two conflicting opinions of the place. I was shown a 2 bedroom split master that indeed had a full-size washer and dryer; however, the apartment size washer/dryers do exist in the 2bedroom w/loft style. So no, Bowling Brook is not consistent in amenities. The style of the apartments are nice; however, the bedrooms are bigger in the split master. But i must say, there is another webpage titled 'BEEF' that gave this complex horrible feedback, along with my new next door neighbor who came from Bowling Brook that resulted my final decision TO STAY AWAY. Looks can be deceiving; and it seems the biggest issue I found in feedback is the noise. One person said, when they flush the toilet the entire building hear it. I don't wish to. And management told me repairs are within 48 hours; well, my neighbor said it took 1 year for any1 to view an aged leaning patio screen, and washer issue. Thus, in my opinion, and the tongue and feedback of others is very critical....leading to Bowling Brook owners need to get all their shyt consistent. For something smells fowl.

I live in a split master two bedroom and we have a full size washer and dryer as well. I love it at this apartment. I do have issues with the old oven/stove and appliances, but its still a great apartment. The staff is extremely friendly to me and I've never had a problem. Our air conditioner went out during the summer and they were out to fix it very quickly

I think this review is a scam. Noone I've talked to here in the building would give this place a 5 of 5 in every catagory. That's perfect and this place is far from that!

Yea this is a bogus claim of what goes on here. This is from the management there. The staff is a joke and I have yet to meet a competent one yet. When the property manager yells at you over the phone and the leasing person yells at you in the office because you finally have had enough of there stuff. This is not a place where I will be renewing my lease.
