I lived in Bowling Brook Apartments for 3 years and I can only say that as long as nothing goes wrong in the apartment you will be fine. If however anything goes wrong (i.e. flood their AC unit went out and pipe burst flooding living room and closet, noise, trash)and you need to call on the office they lie and you have to call them a million times and threaten them to get anything done. Before moving in try riding aroung the property and seeing all the trash piled up around the dumpsters. The winter months are awful when it snows because maintenance is lazy and the Property Manager, ------- ----- is very unprofessional and does not care if the side walks are not cleared for a week. She and her staff waits for the sun to melt the snow and ice so forget about parking and getting to the mailbox or even to your front door. Take my advice DONOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
