We had all kinds of problems with the apartment. Each time we had a problem and tried to get help from the office it was a comlpete disaster. They were always rude, unhelpful and only would do something at the last possible moment once we would threaten to involve our lawyer. It is without a doubt the worst company I've ever lived under.
