This place is an awful place to live. The staff is horrible to deal with. They never help you out when you have any kind of problems. I have lived here for two years. Each of the first two years I have had a cricket problem. From August to October I lived with crickets in my apartment. I would call to complain aboout the crickets and the staff would say that they would take care of it. They tell you that the exterminator will be out on a Friday but guess what he never shows up. This happened for three months until it just got to cold out and the crickets just disappeared on their own. It is not very fun living with crickets for three months. This was the first go around with the crickets. The second year that this happen they told me that no exterminators can kill crickets. That there was nothing they could do. The maintenance staff never fixes anything. They will come to your apartment andd leave a work order saying the the repairs have been made but nothing was ever done in the apartment. My refrigerator was not working right and it took them three weeks to provide me with a new one. The place is very drafty because of the bad insulation. So be ready for a big electric bill. The light outside of my apartment goes out when you walk near it so the parking lot is always dark when you walk to your car. The hot water heater does not work right I only get hot water for about 20 minutes. The bathtub in the master bath leaks so you can not use it. This is all stuff that I have reported and they say they fixed it but it still does not work right. I could go on and on about how bad this place is but I think you get the idea. Find somewhere else to live you will be happy you did.
