We moved to California for a year, and moved back to Md. We came right back to Bowling Brook. The staff was very helpful in getting an apartment that fit our needs, ready and available as quickly as possible. The washer/dryer, stove and dishwasher were all out of date, but the day we moved in, they ordered new ones at our request and were installed and working within the week. The maintenance staff and office staff have all been very helpful and courteous.

Yes, just like everywhere else, some neighbors can be loud and obnoxious. Call the police, especially if it's 1AM. The apartment complex has nothing to do with that.

In the total 3 years that we've lived here, we've NEVER had a problem with bugs of any kind. I feel safe walking out to my truck at 11pm or 430am. There is ample parking available everywhere. It's not assigned, but does that really matter anyway' With assigned parking, if you have 2 vehicles and a motorcycle, you gotta pay for the third space, or park way out in BFE.
