Not exactly the start to a glowing review - that's for sure. We lived there for just over a year and a half and I had only a few complaints. My biggest beefs were that the heating/air units were old, and amazingly inefficient. The cost to heat the place was especially high for an apartment that size. That was annoying. Also, when we took posession of the place, we reported several things that needed to be repaired about two weeks before we actually moved in. When we moved in - they still hadn't been fixed. When I complained to the staff. They at first gave me dumb looks, then after prodding on my part, finally bothered to look for the repair request records. They had made out the repair request, but had not bothered to inform the maintence guys.

A truely average place to live.
