Bowling Brook Apartments

We love it and probably will continue to stay here until we retire unless we decide to buy a house. The staff is great, they have never been discourteous or non responsive to our needs. The Maintenance guys are on the ball and are again very responsive. I respond to a lot of apartment complexes for emergencies and can honestly say that most of the time after dark you won't get anyone to answer the emergency number, but here, they not only answer but respond in a quick manner. The place is clean, except for people who can't seem to hit the trash dumpsters, many of whom are not people who live in the complex but drive through from nearby housing to toss out their trash rather than pay for pickup. The apartments are well sprinklered which is a plus. No maintenance issues to speak of, except when the water come running through the ceiling at O'dark thirty... but again, all taken care expeditiously. If you looking to rent this is a good place to check out. One thing I really like about this place is that it seems they do a good background check so they tend to weed out the riff raft and that makes the folks who live here pretty good people to have as neighbors...
