From the outside Bowling Brook is a beautiful community. Once you get inside it is nothing but CRAP. We were there for 12 months and we have had to call maintenence at least three times a month. The apts are old and outdated. We have had almost everything replaced, including the toilets. Actually every single appiance had to be replaced. One time the safety lights on the outside of the apartment were out and the woman in the leasing office told me to get a ladder and fix it myself!!
The maintence guys are great. They are very polite and they try their best. But I feel like I know them to well. Even they commented on how old my appliances were. BGE at this place was ridiculous. Oh and the carpet should have been replaced BEFORE we moved in. Only when we were leaving did the retal office acknowledge that. The dumpters were always overflowing. The best part of this place is the landscaping. I have moved to a different complex and I don't have any of these problems!!!
