I moved into Bowling Brook Apartments on 8/25/2009 when I first viewed the loft I liked the size, but, the kitchen appliances were outdated, the place needed some paint and the carpet needed a lift. They were running a special at the time and the price was right and I really didn't want to turn it down. So after speaking with the management staff they said they could accomodate my request. So, great, I thought. The day before I was to move in I viewed the apartment the management has painted, replaced the HVAC, replaced the outdated stove, and cleaned the carpet to almost new. I was so elated also to find on my move in date the little welcome boxes, and the move in Pizza from Papa Johns.

After move in I did notice the place was rather HOT inside, I called the management, apparently the HVAC needed to be charged up as it was new. It was resolved within an hour.

Overall, I am quite pleased. My daughter loves the school. The neighbors are very friendly and I feel quite safe. Nice place to live.
