I have lived at Briarwood apartments for 3 years. And the overall reviews that I read seem all the same. One major problem is that the walls are entirely to thin. I have a couple who lives above me who are deaf, and they have to two small children. They walk like elephants and they allow their children to run back and forth. I too complained to the rental office and the final outcome was that I called the police and nothing was really done to resolve the problem. I went as far as calling the main management and they told me to move to another building because it would be discrimination to ask them to move. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT... Finally, the maintenance is so bad that it takes almost an emergency for them to come to your complex. So my theory is look somewhere else for apartment living or try to buy a house. This will be my last year at BRIARWOOD. One more thing when we had that major snow storm the parking was a total nightmare. It took almost four days for it to be back to normal, and the neighbors especially the men when they saw a woman struggling to show her car they would just stand there look and play in the snow. Whatever happen to helping other...''''
