I have been living here for coming up on one year when I moved in I had no idea there was train track behind the complex. You would think you live in Brooklyn, NY. Not to mention the thin walls! And the grounds are awful I swear every holiday someone put a rotten piece of furniture behind the dumpsters and it stays there for days. What an eye sore for the amount of money we pay, not worth it all. You definitely don't get what you pay for. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone at all.
