This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance is a joke. It takes them several days before answering calls. The rental office is rude and uncaring. They try to blame everything on the tenants. Even such things broken appliances, burnt out hallway lights, unmanicured lawns. It is ridiculous. Furthermore, the complex has just gone through "renovations" what a joke new paint and building signs. Do not add up to renovation. Finally, they had the nerve to go up on the rent!!! You can tell the difference between Briarwood and another closely located apartment complex. The apartment complex closet to Briarwood is always well kept and neat. Whereas Briarwood has thugs hanging out in front of your building, kids playing in the parking lot, trash dumpsters overflowing, and broken mini blinds in the windows. Take my advice keep looking!!! For the price you can defintely find better. My lease is up and I'm moving out!!!!!
