Good and bad.

It's not all bad or all good.
In the begining it was way worse. I suspect the maintence crew stole some stuff out of my apt during one of their "checks". It was the small things, portable cd player, camera, and some cash. That was in the very beginning. Along with older kids hanging around the front of the apts and things of that nature.
In the past few years I have seen a change. The complex looks alot better. The kids aren't always just hanging out (due to rules of the complex). We have some roaming patrol which I see every night I get home.
Pros:
Spacious apts, with tons of closet space
W/D in unit (even tho it takes some time for the heavier loads to dry)
Neighbors tend to keep to themselves over all
Very rarely hear other neigbors in living room.
Most neighbors respect the noise levels and the time of day/night.
Permanent parking pass for each apt (only 1) for visitors so they don't get towed, and you don't have to try and get one from the office.
Cons:
I think the hot water shuts off at a certain time so forget a hot shower between 2am-5am.
The floor between the bedrooms, however are thinner than the living room. Used to wake up to my windows rattling every morning from a heavy footed guy up stairs, and his snoring. As for other activities, I rarely heard anything.
My bathroom is falling apart, tiles coming up and going down, and peeling paint on the ceiling. And some weird orange stuff that seems to drip down the walls.
I wouldn't mind staying if I had somethings fixed, but I just want to live closer to work.
