These apartments are old but being old is not the problem. The apartments are not taken care of and in the winter it is so cold in your bedrooms. That is because the ventilation system is not working properly. The spiders, ants and centipedes will drive you crazy crawling on your walls, ceilings and around your bed. I have had water overflows from my neighbor above me 4 times and the paint is pealing off the walls and ceiling from the water damage. They were suppose to paint the walls and the ceiling over 6 months ago and to date that has not happened. I am about to move so it does not matter now. They are wonderful until you sign the lease after that you are on your own. Trust me you do not want to live here unless you have no where else to go.
