I have lived here since 2005. I am a single professional and I have a nice spacious one bedroom with all new appliances, countertops and carpet. The buildings are old; therefore, there are some indications of wear and tear on the walls, etc. I have never had problems with bugs or the like. Maintenance is very responsive on Emergency issues and they respond to issues in a timely manner as well. The parking lots are very well lit and security drives around on a regular basis.

My only complaint is that the neighbor below me plays extremely loud music. Overall, I would have to say that my stay has been a pleasant one. I plan on staying until I purchase a home.
