I currently live here now, the 3 bed 2 bath is spacious, just make sure if you have kids you request the bottom floor (neighbors like to file noise complaints if they can hear your kids through the walls or floor). Parking is not a problem. last year around Sep-Nov there were some problems with illegal activities but the police and the maintenance staff got rid of that issue. Walls are paper thin, the buildings are old and in need of a major plumbing overhaul. Not all of the apartments have a washer/ dryer in them, some have laundry rooms. Lots of kids live in the apt complex, schools are nearby, no roaches, just your occasional spiders but pest control comes when you need them, maintenance is adverage, (George, the man that talks really fast and the older man with the glasses are the best and pleaseant). Become familiar with the faces of the people that live in your building. My only complaints are people without kids are quick to file a noise complaint, my newspaper kept disappearing on Sundays, the windows let cold air in, the hallways smell like whatever someone is cooking, WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, and THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN.
overall not a bad place as long as they keep the rift raft out.
