I've lived in a 1BR/Bath in Summit Russett for almost 2 years now and I love it. I find the staff to be very friendly and responsive. The rent is a bit high for the Laurel community, but it has been worth it. *I've always felt safe in my community * Outside appearance is kept nicely * Summit Russett hires outside folks to come and trim the grass and trees as well as clean the community * Residents come from diverse backgrounds * Very easy access to B/W parkway and very, very close to shopping district. I don't want to move, but may have to because of the rent increases.
