Horrible Support Staff, Maintenance and Management

Ditto for the review of 2/28/03. Prior to signing lease, requested repairs, 3 months later - promises, promises, promises!

Resident Manager and Maintenance Worker have absolutely no idea how to do their jobs!

Same can on landing for 3 weeks! Trash area a mess.
Outside lights in entrances have not worked for many weeks. Delivery man refused to deliver!

Only redeeming factor - they do look good from the outside and appears to be safe area.
