A little on the pricey side but my 1BR/1BA place was in great shape. (the complex is only 4 years old.) The appliances are quality and the place is relatively soundproof. The grounds are kept up well, I felt very safe there, and there are many commercial stores nearby. Plenty of parking, too. And the lots were plowed quickly when it snowed.
Like everyone else, I agree that maintenance could be better. You have to keep on the office to make sure you get your problem fixed. Other than that, I have had no problems with office staff. Ask for Jamie.
