Customer service appears to be a completely unexplored concept at Summit Russett in Laurel, Maryland. Countless broken promises have been made by the management. The current management seems to be completely indifferent to the fact there is A HUGE TURNOVER RATE here... they think it is no big deal because they will lease any apartment again soon without much effort. Who wants to be treated this way' Why pay so much money to rent just to be treated so poorly' This place is not worth anyone's hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.... something we truly wish we had done before signing our lease. We are counting down the days left until our lease is up and have found a wonderful place to live just around the corner. Good luck to all!!
