I recently moved to this property. I was very disappointed to find that they continued to show my apartment after I selected the unit and paid all of the associated fees and cost and did not vacuum it before I moved in. I have lived here for three weeks and I have made repeated requests to have my balcony cleaned of the built up bird feces. I was told that they were short staffed and it was not a priority. So I can't enjoy my balcony for which I pay higher rent. Most of the repairs are sloppily done. A doorknob was replaced with what looks like a patch of silly putty by a four year old and then painted to match the walls. It is very unsightly in my LUXURY apartment! The water pressure is so low that more water comes out of the faucet than the shower and of course you pay for water. I found several minor incidents in my apartment that required attention: torn tile in the kitchen, broken electric outlet plate and broken blinds. All of these issues should have been caught during the apartment inspection by the property. The management seems to take a very lackadaisical approach to the maintenance issues and wants the residents to understand that they are short staffed...I have an answer to that, hire more people for the excessive rent that is charged. I would not rent here again if I had to choose over.
