The apartment was dirty upon moving in, quickly and poorly cleaned from previous tennant (there were pubic hairs painted into the baseboards from the previous tennant), holes and dents in the foyer, kitchen, and bathroom. The staff remained consistently rude and unprofessional. The only nice gal that worked there left! I wouldn't recommend waisting your time even trying to contact upper management, they are as worthless as the site staff and will tell you that you are being unreasonable. Maintenance was a joke and took forever to get a work order accomplished, I had men entering my apartment unannounced and while I was sleeping in my bedroom. One maintenance man came in and started doing repairs and then realized he was in the wrong apartment. The fire alarms seemed to continuously go off in the middle of the night and finally the local fire department just left a note on all our doors that the alarm system had been turned off until further notice! My girlfriend's apartment on the bottom floor flooded ruining all of her stuff and the staff didn't even move her into a new apartment. Why they posted business hours at the office is beyond me because no one was ever there or there were notes on the door explaining why the office was closed. If you are having large packages delivered be sure to keep tabs on the office as they don't always provide you a notice that you have a package in the office. They are prompt although on letting you know immediately when you are in violation of something or they need something from you! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! For goodness sakes rent anywhere but here! Way over priced!
