Camden Russett (formerly Summit Russett) is the worst place I have ever rented mainly due to the office staff. I have never had to deal with such rude, imcompetent idiots before. I am posting this with my e-mail address so that anyone can contact me and I will elaborate on why I would not live here, given a choice. The apartment complex itself appears so nice when you first take a tour, but let me tell you it is not so. Trash is constantly piled up and around the dumpsters. I have a lower level apartment with a patio and when the grass is cut (which isn't as often as it should be) they don't even bother to sweep the patio off. The car care center is a joke being that they don't even turn the water on for the hose and the airconditioning in the workout room went out at the beginning of summer and has yet to be fixed not to mention that 3 of the 6 cardo machines don't even work. When we first moved in the toilet in our bathroom rocked (literally off of the floor) they sent the maintenance men 5 times throughout the course of two months before it was finally fixed because the manager of the complex insisted that the toilet simply needed caulking, when in fact it needed ripped out of the ground and parts replaced to fix the rocking. Also, we filled out the move-in report and reported several things around the apartment that needed to be fixed including the toilet when we first moved in and when nothing was taken care of within that first week I called the front office and was told that I was not a priority because they had to get other apartments ready for people to move in! Point blank you don't matter to these money hungry idiots - LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

I disagree with this even though in the past there were a few bumps and holes the new manager has done a exellent job in fixng Camden Russett up to its full potiental and maintenance is great what people dont understand is that it talks time to get to different apartments they don't have ahundred arms so people be real....Stop being stuck up jerks....

Your spelling explains how I feel about maintenance *horrible*. I have been living here for going on two years and I have had the same problems for that long. I am tired of the run around and the rudeness. They may not have one hundred arms but why does it seem like my problems never seem to get fixed in a timely manner. I guess you would call a month and a half timely.
