The staff is very bad. Parking is a nightmare. Maintenance is non-existent. The workout room is frequented by homeless people, which doesn't really matter because the stuff doesn't work anyway. Expensive - they must think they are comprable to other apartment complexes in the area - but the aren't! Look at the Gramercy or Columbia Towncenter, these are much, much better apartments for the same price. Also, it isn't a safe place in general - it's open for anyone to walk through. Lots of soliciting as well.
