I've lived at Camden Russett for a little less than two years. What drew me to the community was the location. It's right of the B/W Parkway and in the nicest part of Laurel. There were a lot of crappy places on Rte 1 and 197 that I looked at that were cheaper but not as nice. The staff is nice. The new manager tries to do things for the residents like movie nights and meet and greets. It's a shame more residents don't particpate. I hate my cabinents but other than that my apartment is nice. So far so good. Hopefully nothing changes. I've already renewed my lease once and I think I'll renew it again next October. The rent is alot higher than what I paid when I lived in Baltimore but I guess you pay more to be closer to DC.
