My move in was a nightmare. When I arrived at apartment there were fixtures hanging from the ceiling and the apartment appeared not to have been cleaned properly. This is the kicker; there was unflushed urine in the master bathroom toilet. I called the rental office and was given the cold shoulder and told that it was inspected and there was nothing wrong with it. They also rudely asked what do I want them to do lol. Well me being me, I wasn't going for that. I wrote a letter to the corporate office detailing all my mishaps and explained that Summit Russet/Camden Russet is advertising as a luxury community and we pay luxury prices so that is what I expected. Not incompetent staff, and broken gym equipment. I did receive a call from the district management apologizing for all the inconviences and soon a new officer manager was hired.

After that I don't have to many complaints other than the maintenance being understaffed and extra slow. The rooms are not properly insulated . In the summer one room is too hot in the winter that room is to cold. Was told my management that all apartments are like that .what a joke. The noise is minimal. The location is excellent!!!!!!! The community is beautiful!!!

Oh one more thing. Please keep your rent payments. I checked once and was told that I paid my rent $10 short by Daryl. I went back to my records and saw the mistake was on there end. The situation was rectified but not too many people check that.

Oh, you will be forced into renewing your lease or moving out. I received my renewal letter and was told my rent increase would be about $100 but if I went month to month it would double. Wow
