Because of what we got for the price, my husband and I picked a 3BR, 2 bath model here. Good size rooms, CRAPPY little bathrooms. We were not allowed to move into the room we first signed a lease for, at the last minute they switched us into another apt. but our hands were tied as we'd already packed the UHaul and they had no other 3 bedrooms. You might consider a smaller apartment- the bathroom and kitchen are actually bigger/more cabinet and counter space in both in the one bedroom apartments. The kitchen cabinets are horrible- and there are rumors of an upgrade but no plans/no action. They tell you in the walk through, but it doesn't happen before your move in.
On the bright side- there is little crime in the complex. Good thing, since the lock is flimsy and the door does not shut properly. The office staff is 3/4 wonderful. Our broken dryer got fixed after two times, the folding closet doors that come off the track regularly take a little longer, and there has been no movement whatsoever on the kitchen cabinet refinishing front.
Very poor insulation. Our electric bills averages $200/month, and we use blankets when watching TV. You can feel the cold through the walls.

I think there are two different buildings at Camden Russett. In two years, my highest bill was $150. We had a new born baby, and kept home always at 75F during winter.
