I have been a resident here for over three years, and the switch from Summit Russett to Camden Russett was definitely not an improvement to the community. I have had only one working phone jack in my apartment for the entire 3 years of occupancy dispite reporting the problem several times. Parking is a complete disaster. There is no assigned parking, so if you arrive late in the evening, be prepared to walk a long distance to your front door. There was an electrical fire at the community on April 5th which destroyed 3 units and displaced an entire building for an evening (sprinkler system did not function properly and they couldn't fix it).
The apartment across the hall from mine was vandalized in February; I had a Fed Ex package stolen from in front of my door in March; there was a fire (most likely caused by faulty wiring) in April; and I have had no lights in my outside hallway for a week (how long does it take to change a light bulb').
If safety is a concern for you and/or your family, and you want to be treated with respect and get full value for your money, stay away from this community until they fix not only the problems with the buildings and policies, but also the problems with their staff.

From what I heard, the sprinklers didn't work because the idiots who painted the place, painted over them. How careless.
