I moved into Camden Russett mid August 2007 and have not a single problem with the apartment or community. The staff was very nice (and still are), the apartment was perfect when we moved in. New carpet new paint, and not just a crappy paint job, time was actually taken to paint the apartment. Parking ISN'T an issue. I've never had to park anymore than 200 feet from my apartment. Yes, the kitchen cabinets are of the cheaper kind, but it is an apartment where a lot of people will live and if we had everything the best the price would be outrageous. The landscaping is nice and well maintained. I haven't seen a single sign of crime. Not even a noisy party late at night! Russett is a beautiful community and I would recommend Camden to my closest of friends.

This is obviously a fake review written by the Camden Russett management staff in order to raise their average recommendation percentage. When you read the review, the parts that don't sound like an advertisement or a marketing brochure sound like a politician back-pedaling out of a lie. Take note of the spin put on the cabinet and parking issues addressed by earlier reviewers.

Hmm, no I'm not a member of the staff. I really do live here and I really do like this place. Could be that I'm not a pain in the ass renter who can live with having to park a little farther than I like sometimes. Or maybe it's because I know this is an apartment, and I know that 100's of other people live here. Maybe the reason maintenance take longer is because of that. I do not envy those who actually do work here for the reason of having to deal with folks like yourself. Oh, and what makes you leave a response on a review of a complex you've already lived in? Most people just wouldn't care anymore. Are you sure it isn't you that works for a competing apartment community? Myself and my room mate are thrilled to be living here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
